Planning Approval for Greenbank Care Home

Our Greenbank care home design, which forms part of a masterplan development with the neighbouring Greenbank Church of Scotland, was granted Planning Permission on 5 May 2023.

The development represents the next stage of our framework with Morrison Community Care Group and CCG Construction, following the successful delivery of our Stirling care home and the Dalgety Bay home currently on site.

The design proposes a 58 bed care home set into the land occupied by the old church halls.  The layout is informed by the close proximity to the B Listed church, set behind the main façade line and below the roof height. 

Developed in conjunction with The Care Inspectorate to provide post-covid good practice in caring the design of the accommodation is broken down into 10 bed residential units that can operate independently of each other with day rooms and dining rooms in each.  Communal visiting spaces are located centrally and balconies are provided to all floors to provide external amenity to all residents.
