1 million sqft development completes

Holmes Miller has recently completed the Huafa West Headquarters, a mixed-use development incorporating over 1 million sqft of office premises, apartments, build-to-rent and student accommodation, located in the central area of Jinwan Aviation Town, Zhuhai, China.

Benefitting from the landscape setting of the adjacent Central Lake and Jinwan Park, Huafa West Headquarters creates a holistic community with the four volumes of varying heights, the tallest being 100m high, orientated to enjoy the landscape views whilst forming two interesting and pleasant public realms.
