As our new Early Learning Centres for East Dunbartonshire move towards completion, Holmes Miller caught up with the Council, development partner Hub West Scotland, and contractor Robertson Construction, to discuss the innovative approach that has been taking in ensuring these new buildings meet the specific requirements for delivery of a pre-school curriculum.
